Waste recovery centers are exposed to high fire risks due to the nature of the materials stored and the operating conditions. To address these issues, we have deployed and tested an automatic and self-operating fire safety system, designed to ensure efficient deployment, fast reaction, and reliable protection.
The system operates 100% automatically, without human intervention during activation. It features a water + additive premix system, guaranteeing optimal effectiveness from the moment it is put into service.
Key features:
- Capacity: up to 15,000 liters
- Autonomy and flow rate: adjustable according to site requirements
- Use: water and/or foam
- Safety: the tank is pressurized only during operation
The system is compatible with foam applications, with an adjustable concentration of 1%, 3%, or 6%, allowing it to adapt to the various risk scenarios present in waste treatment facilities.
- Additive shelf life: up to 5 years
- Compatibility: works with all types of foam concentrates
The system is equipped with powerful and modular fire monitors, which can be oscillating, remote-controlled or manual, providing optimal flow and a range of over 50 meters to effectively cover large risk areas. Depending on the site configuration, it is possible to install up to 4 automatic directional valves, protecting 1 to 4 distinct zones. This modularity ensures precise and tailored coverage, providing optimal protection for each area of the site. Activation can be carried out electrically and remotely via the fire detection control panel, ensuring immediate response as soon as a fire is detected.
Quick installation and simplified maintenance
Designed for quick deployment, the system is easy to install, use and maintain:
- Fast installation
- Simplified maintenance: no heavy maintenance service required
- Outdoor installation: equipped with an anti-freeze system
This approach helps minimize infrastructure costs while maintaining a high level of fire safety.
Additional safety
